BENACUS Benacus Gin is made by a small distillery called Zu Plun located in the Alps of the Siusi plateau. Master distiller Florian Rabanser has won numerous international awards in the world of spirits. The production method is the "London Dry", the starting alcohol is a high quality wheat distillate in which an infusion of the botany cold lasts two or three days and then is redistilled and stabilized with the use of pure water of the Dolomites. The botanicals of Benacus gin are those typical of Lake Garda: Juniper, Garda’s lemons, Garda olive leaves, Lugana grape must, lemongrass, rose petals, gentian, mint, fennel seeds and almonds.

BUSS N°509 PINK GRAPEFRUIT Gin Buss 509 - Pink Grapefruit is made from a basis of 100% pure wheat. All ingredients are natural and fresh, with no added sugars, dyes or artificial flavors. Both on the nose and on the palate stand out the fresh notes of citrus, in particular of pink grapefruit, balanced by the more herbaceous ones and the notes of juniper. ETSU Etsu' in Japanese means 'joy, ecstasy' and pleasure is spoken when you are in front of this gin, distilled in Hokkaido, the northernmost of the four main islands of the archipelago of the Rising Sun. Gin is produced according to a secret recipe that involves the use of numerous oriental botanical herbs, such as berries, tea leaves and fresh citrus fruits from the Japanese islands. The main citrus is Yuzu, born in China, then intensively cultivated in Japan, particularly fragrant and with a very persistent aroma.

GUNPOWDER IRISH GIN - SARDINIAN CITRUS Gunpowder Irish Gin Sardinian Citrus is the edition of Gunpowder Irish Gin launched in March 2021. The Curious Mind, the Curious Mind that created the Drumshanbo Gunpowder gin, arrived in the Sardinian town of Siniscola where he discovered the local citrus called "Sa Pompia" and so the edition of the gin that reflects the original recipe was born, but with this extra fruit. And here the Chinese green tea Gunpowder joins the citrus notes of Sardinia.
All the botanicals apart from citrus and tea are slowly distilled by hand in ancient copper stills dating back to the Middle Ages. Citrus fruits and gunpowder tea are steam-infused.

HUMULUS Humulus Dry Gin is a classic and fruity London Dry Gin.
The basis of its mild character lies in the refined distillate of sugar cane, combined with the necessary touch of juniper and many other botanical products of southern and central Europe. Among the ingredients there are several orange and citrus peels, elderberry flowers and rosemary.
The hop that gives it its name is the tasty Hallertauer Mandarina Bavaria, known especially by connoisseurs of craft beers, a type of fruity hops reminiscent of Mandarin. So Humulus Dry Gin combines two worlds of flavors: Mediterranean and Bavarian.

LUZ Leonardo Veronesi (Bartender at Riva Bar in Riva del Garda) begins the first experiments for the creation of Luz Gin in 2013. After years of experimentation with different botanists, we obtained a fresh and aromatic distillate at the same time. Composed of 9 botanicals all from Trentino (Juniper, Laurel, Olive, Asperula, Rosemary, Sage, Clary Sage, Common Mint, Lemon) left to infuse separately and then distilled in still.
The absence of filtration makes Gin Luz very soft and persistent. It is a very fresh and aromatic gin, quite dry with balsamic notes and floral notes that are accompanied by those of juniper.

N°3 N°3 is the London Dry Gin distilled according to a recipe from Berry Bros. & Rudd, London’s oldest “Wine Merchant” who, to this day, is responsible for the royal family’s personal winery. N°3 is named after 3 St James’s Street, London, the home of Berry Bros. & Rudd since 1698.
The bouquet is made up of spices and fruits: juniper, of Italian origin, stands out with its scent and gives a delicate aftertaste of pine and lavender, the peel of Spanish orange and grapefruit give a fresh and clear citrus flavor, angelica gives a touch of earth to the taste and makes the liquid drier. The Moroccan coriander releases a lemon flavor and makes the finish delicately peppery and, finally, the cardamom pods add a spicy, aromatic and hot note.

TANQUERAY RANGPUR Tanqueray Rangpur is not a lime-flavored gin. It is a balanced and decidedly tart gin. Citrus fruits shine and infuse their aroma and taste. The name refers to the Rangpur lime, a fruit native to India that grows on the rare Rangpur tree. This orange-skinned fruit combines the acidulous lime with the juicy tangerine. The word "rangpur" is of Bengali origin. the fruit is also known as Cantonese lemon in China, hime in Japan, cravo in Brazil and mandarin-lime in the USA. THE BOTANIST The botanist' is a gin of layered complexity. A progressive exploration of the botanical heritage of the island of Islay. Nine classic gin botanicals are augmented by 22 local herbs and flowers, hand-picked on the island’s hills, shores and bogs. On the nose there are traces of sweet menthol, mint, juniper and coriander with nuances of anise, lemon and orange peel. The taste is rich and soft; fresh incoming and a little warmer at the end. MARCONI 46 Poli Marconi 46 is an Italian gin obtained from a unique infusion, inspired by the Asiago plateau, north of Veneto, from which the Poli family originated.
Juniper, mountain pine, stone pine and mint are used to give a fresh and balsamic olfactory note; then cardamom and coriander to obtain a long aromatic persistence. To keep together in a harmonious way the fresh olfactory notes and the long and deep gustatory ones is used Moscato grape, which recalls the nature of Grappaioli (grappa lovers) producers. NOVE Nove Dry Gin is an Italian artisanal distillate created by Mauro Colombo and Bledar Ndoci. All the botanicals come from the Apennines and the Mediterranean maquis and are best expressed thanks to the care of the master-distiller Giacomo Faramelli, giving the final product exceptional and inimitable taste and smell qualities.
