BOATYARD DOUBLE GIN Eight different botanicals are macerated in the distillate produced from organic wheat for 18 hours, including Sweet Gale (sweet myrtle) which was harvested on the farm. The “Double” in Boatyard Double Gin refers to the purist distillation process of placing the organic juniper both at the beginning and at the end of the process. This double contact method, which Dutch genever distillers call “Dubbel gebeide genever”, results in a more pronounced juniper taste.
The delicate organic juniper, which mainly characterizes dry gin, is followed by citrus notes and a floral sweetness, produced following the "double contact" method.

GUNPOWDER Gunpowder Irish Gin is characterized by fresh citrus notes combined with notes of spices given by oriental botanics. Tea also contributes to the fresh and spicy taste of this gin, which generally has a full, enveloping and persistent taste.
The Gunpowder Tea from which gin owes its name is a green tea of Chinese origin that is slowly dried, then the leaves are rolled into balls that recall the shape of gunpowder. The taste is fresh and bitter with a slight spicy note. This gin is produced by The Shed Distillery, the first distillery in 101 years of history located in the West of Ireland, in one of the most rural and unspoilt areas of the country, in the province of Connacht, in Drumshanbo. Founder PJ Rigney chose this area because of its isolation and here, after many trips to the East, he decided to create a distillery where his inquisitive mind could experiment with the fusion of exotic and local botanicals, drawing inspiration from the oldest traditions of Eastern distillation. Its copper stills, in fact, are in medieval style and the distillation process is very slow and artisanal. The result of his experiments was decidedly happy, since he gave birth to Gunpowder Irish Gin.

HAPUSA Anand and Vaibhay are founders of Nao Spirits (nao in Hindi means boat, and wants to be the union of contemporary spirits and Indian tradition). Their story begins in 2015, when they realized they did not have in their bars a good homemade gin produced in their native country. On the nose stand out notes of oily pine accompanied by a touch of vanilla, mint, angelica root and chocolate. Hapuṣā Himalayan Dry Gin is in fact an aromatic and very particular gin, perfectly balanced and pleasant. The palate is immediate and enveloping. At the beginning emerge notes of coriander and sweet spices, followed by green leaf aromas. The finish is full, with notes of cedar and citrus and spicy spice, long and persistent.

VON HALLERS Von Hallers is an Irish gin born in Göttingen, Germany, with some selected and hand-picked botany (such as ginger, lemon verbena and glossy Halleria) in the old botanical garden of the University of Göttingen. The result is an extraordinary, aromatic, distinctive and pure gin. The nose is clean, fresh and slightly fruity, with notes of juniper and ginger. The palate is refreshing and aromatic, with hints of lemongrass, pepper and iris, mixed with ginger and juniper.
